Mikael Shadows is the son of Melite and Codros and the brother of Icarus, Patron and Isadora. At the age of 21, Mikael was captured by Greek soldiers to be one of seven men to be sacrificed for Ares, God of war. During the sacrifice ritual Mikael inadvertently became the first man to convert into a living god after a human birth which caused a chain of events that led to the deaths of his entire family. His family were brutally murdered by soldiers soon after Mikael had become a demigod. A sacrifice was going to be made and so his family was it.

Mikael spent centuries wondering the earth as a hoplites and saving people before working as a silver mind worker in 1262 AD. He was working one day when he met Menelaia and both fell in love and eventually they had a daughter named Ada during the time when Mikael was away to fight in a war. Mikael never knew of his daughter existence because Menelaia was poisoned by a rare and deadly venom that causes a person to die in matter of minutes. Mikael got to her right before her passing and he swore to her that he will get vengeance on who ever did this. Menelaia dies moments later leaving angry Mikael and daughter behind.

Centuries later Mikael continues to wander the earth for vengeance of any kind and helping those that needs protection.

Nowhere to hide: Cain, the first murderer encounters a demigod

 In 1007 AD Mikael Shadows sleeping in a campground he made. The fire from the pit still burning and the smell from it attracted attention to Cain, the first murderer who murdered his own brother, Abel. He met Mikael at the site of the fire. The vibration from the earth's ground triggered an alert. His eyes quickly opened to find Cain standing in front of him holding a dagger crafted by his own hands.

The stare from Cain implied that he was looking to kill him. Without warning Mikael uses his superhuman strength and snaps Cain's neck. As Cain's body lay their he suddenly is revived all on his own. This startled Mikael in thinking that he is under the influence by Ares. They fought again and again until both were bloody and tired.

Eventually, they stood there and had a very short conversation; they realized of each others supernatural abilities. Cain asked Mikael what was he exactly and so he tells him that he is a demigod. Of course Mikael was aware of Cain since his name existed thousands of years. This situation had put Mikael in a bind since he is the closes thing to a god which he has the ability to bring life back and as well as kill and keep them dead and buried. The time finally came for Cain to be given the chance to die so he asks Mikael to allow him to die.

He gave no thought to Cain's request and denied it. It wasn't his doing to alter another one's decision and left Cain to soak up the denial once again about death. This rattled up all his anger yet again and searched day in and day out looking for Mikael. In Cain's mind if he kills a god than he would be punished again and this time it would be something other than immortality. Eventually, Cain found Mikael over a hundred miles from where they first met. This second encounter was so brutal that the small village burning in flames and buildings being destroyed by this attack.

Cain's primary goal was to die while Mikael was trying hard to not kill him. Eventually Mikael winded up opening a portal created by the gods and threw Cain into the underworld prison for all time. This was to ensure that he will be alive as an immortal and to be punished for his crimes. Mikael then afterwards used his power and blew out the remaining flames, and remained their to help rebuild the village he had destroyed.

The pandemic of Mikael

Mikael was filled with vengeful fury as he watched the more foolish and self-important mortals ignore the deadly pandemic by traveling and gathering in large groups - totally ignoring (and often ridiculing) basic safety precautions. The more these galling wastes of flesh imperiled the health of those around them, the more furious Mikael became – until the point where he could endure no more.

As a Greek demigod, he had the ability to kill any individual or entire groups of people – with just one thought. There were no protections – not wealth, power, being surrounded by security, not distance; his fury would reach its victims – with inexorable certainty. The end result, a pandemic of rage-induced death. His victims knew a brief moment of searing agony in their skulls, and then fell dead to the ground.

Soon, the wave of unexplained deaths exceeded the number of deaths from the deadly virus. The authorities were powerless to explain these deaths – and of course, to stop them. You see, Mikael Shadows was a Greek demigod at a point in time where few believed in mystical forces. “Death by thought? Who could possibly fathom such a possibility” was the prevailing notion. There were learned observers who noticed the pattern of which people were dying – those who’d put their own wants ahead of the well-being of society overall – but the more brash and impatient people refused to acknowledge this observation. And so the more audacious continued to flout the public health protocol, continued to expose others to the deadly disease, and of course, continued to be smitten by the fury of Mikael.

The timing of these unexpected deaths wrought frequent destruction. Someone who died while cooking fell forward into the fire, gloriously cremating himself. Someone involved in knocking down an old building, who died from Mikael’s fury, lost control of the wrecking ball and demolished an entire block before someone could wrest control of the wrecking machine away from the corpse.

And through it all, Mikael laughed, delighting in each death; delighting even more in the fact that each death was entirely righteous, and for a good cause – to help restore a civilization to health and to a sense of communal moral obligation. As the worthless and self-absorbed continued to die off, society as a whole became more caring, more community-oriented, and better able to weather the original pandemic. Eventually, as more and more people observed health precautions, the deadly pandemic ran out of people to infect. The journey through the virus and through the rage-killings had been arduous, but now it was finally over, and the society was much improved.

Mikael Shadows was born a mortal man during the late century, 23 B.C. As a normal sacrifice for Ares, god of war Mikael inadvertently became the first known man to turn into a demigod after a human birth. Mikael is the son of Melite (mother) and Codros (father), he is also the brother of Icarus (brother), Patron (brother) and Isadora (sister). Mikael's entire family were viciously murdered by the hands of Ares. Mikael is not pure immortal but is able to sustain life for thousands of years and as well as the ability to be resurrected from the dead as he is no longer a mortal man or a naturally born demigod. Mikael is a god of vengeance, and he is also known as the earth devil because of his devilish like punishments. Mikael never got married but had numerous lovers and the one that he fell in love with was Menelaia (1263 A.D.). They had a daughter named Ada which Mikael never knew of her existence because Menelaia kept her a secret from him. Mikael spends his existence watching over mankind and answers his call when a person or persons calls upon him for help.

Mikael Shadows: Rise of a hero demigod

This is the second story in the chronicles of Mikael Shadows.

Mikael Shadows was once a mortal man, but everything changed when he was supposed to be sacrificed to Ares, the god of war; instead, he was turned into a Greek demigod. It has been two in a half-centuries pass by since that horrific events happened. Now the year is 14 A.D. and as like all the other demigods Mikael is able to sustain life for thousands of years perhaps longer. Mikael has been keeping a low key existence for centuries, now the time has come to reveal himself to a village that are desperate for some kind of salvation. Monsters are attacking the villagers and killing them each night for the last four nights.
Gods and Goddesses are known to create monsters of all kinds to keep mankind under their control. As Mikael is walking down a tall mountain in central Greece after dark, he suddenly hears a loud scream for help. The scream sounded like their bones being crushed by massive stones. Mikael doesn't hesitate to run towards the screams. Once he got to the area, he witnesses a vampire attacking a family.
Mikael sees a mother of two holding her children in her arms protecting them as the father is trying his hardest to fight off the vampire. Mikael intervenes by picking up the vampire by its neck. Attempting to squeeze the dead life out of him. The vampires claw works it's way to Mikael's chest making a deep penetration claw marks on him. In a blink of an eye the vampire speeds off without a trace.
The family are pleased that he came to the rescue but is shocked to see a man lifting up an enormous beast. This is the first time in centuries that Mikael has shown people his supernatural strength. After a long pause Mikael tells the family to return home and don't come out after dark. If there's one vampire than it means more of them are near. The family runs back to there home for safety.
Mikael than putting his hand down on the dirt to feel the vibrations of people if they're close by. This is one of many powers that Mikael was granted. As he felt people nearby, he starts walking towards that direction of the vibrations. As he's walking on a trail path Mikael, again hear screams. By now Mikael is very close to a village in which the screams were from.
Runs to investigate it only to discover that four more vampires are killing all the villagers to feast on there blood. As he is looking at deaths all around, he becomes increasingly seeing red. Now he unleashes the earth devil as he calls it upon the vampires. Taking a dead villager sword slinging it into the air and slicing vampire after vampire ripping out there hearts in between. Mikael was always taught a few things by his parents and that is to always protect those in need and to use a sword when and if necessary.
Mikael shouts “I am the protector of these people” out loud so the remaining vampires to become aware that he is here to protect them.
The last two vampires approaches Mikael with a loud hissing sound and long fangs that cannot be missed. One of the vampire slashes Mikael's face with its claw leaving several lacerations. Blood fusing out of his wound, when all sudden his wound is healed within seconds. As a demigod Mikael's body can repair itself almost instantly. Fired up Mikael swings the sword in the air and cuts the vampire head off.
Now only one vampire remains standing. Both Mikael and the vampire are standing a short distance apart from each other starring with one another. The vampire leaps off the ground attempting to jump on Mikael for the kill but instead gets a sword threw its heart. The vampire begins to scream in agony while trying to pull out the sword causing his own death. Mikael watches the vampire die when a partial smile starts to appear.
They're still over a dozen villagers that remained alive comes out of hiding to bow down to Mikael as they all witness him, incredible demigod that he is. This is the first time in centuries that Mikael reveals his true self to people. What he thought would be a thousand years of suffering would end up him becoming a hero that his mother Melite always new he would be. Mikael vows to protect those that deserves it the most. This is truly only the beginning of his story. The legacy of Mikael shadows will not be forgotten.

By the way Mikael is spelled the same as Michael. Mikael Shadows is an ancient Greek demigod. He has been around since 23 B.C. This spell is used to invoke his spirit. He is known as the earth devil. He Helps the helpless and seeks justice out to those that deserves it the most. In a way it will almost be like karma onto another. Make sure you say this with valid intentions or otherwise he won't help you.

Spell Instructions:
Step 1:  Go outside at night to a forest or open area with trees all around.

Step 3:  Once you create the symbol out of the candles, light each one.
